The questions everyone asks

Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You enable call forwarding with your carrier using a code (for example forward when unanswered after 20 seconds) and disable it whenever you want. The number stays yours, always.
Do customers realise they are talking to a virtual assistant?
Yes, we say so at the start of the call, as the European AI regulation requires. The voice is natural and Italian, and customers book without any problem.
What happens when a customer asks something complicated?
The assistant tries to transfer the call to you. If you do not answer within 20 seconds, it takes a message with name and number and sends it to you on WhatsApp.
How do I receive bookings?
On WhatsApp, within seconds of the call ending: customer name, service, day, time and phone number. On the Pro plan the appointment also lands in your Google Calendar.
What if your servers go down?
Backup forwarding sends calls straight to your mobile. Under no circumstances does a call go unanswered because of us.
How long does setup take?
About 20 minutes. You send us name, services and hours (a photo of the price list is enough), we run a trial call to your mobile and enable forwarding together.
Any lock-in or setup fees?
None. Monthly subscription, cancel whenever you want from the panel. The first month is free for the first ten businesses that sign up.
Are calls recorded?
Calls are transcribed to generate the booking and stored in line with the GDPR. You can request an export or deletion of the data at any time; we delete everything 30 days after cancellation.
