Frequently asked questions

Can it answer tax questions?
Only the ones you have already answered in writing: the document list, how to pay, which days you see clients. Everything else becomes an appointment or a message for you.
Does it recognise the firm's clients?
It asks for the name and the VAT or tax number and passes both to you in the message. It has no access to case files and does not read the firm's archives.
Can it say that we only see clients by appointment?
Yes. You set the reception rules: days, time bands, which matters are handled at the counter and which ones need a booked appointment.
