Terms of service
The service
Rispondly is an automated, AI-based phone answering service: a virtual assistant answers calls forwarded by the customer business, collects bookings and messages and forwards them to the customer on WhatsApp or other agreed channels.
Subscription and prices
The service is sold as a monthly subscription, prices ex VAT as published on the Pricing page. Included minutes are billed per second; extra minutes are invoiced at the end of the month at the plan rate. There are no setup fees and no minimum term.
Phone number
The business's number remains the property of the business. Call forwarding is enabled and disabled by the customer with their own carrier. If the number is ported to Rispondly, we guarantee port-out within 10 working days of the request.
Cancellation
The customer can cancel at any time from the panel; the service stays active until the end of the paid period. For 30 days after cancellation, any calls still being forwarded are routed to the customer's number.
Liability
Rispondly undertakes to keep the service available and to route calls to the customer through backup forwarding whenever its systems are unavailable. Rispondly is not liable for booking errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer, nor for failures of the carrier's network.
Transparency
The assistant states that it is an automated system at the start of every call, in line with the European AI regulation. The customer agrees not to request that this disclosure be disabled.
Governing law
Italian law. Competent court: Florence.
