Pricing questions
What happens if I run out of minutes?
The assistant keeps answering and extra minutes are invoiced at the end of the month (0.19 EUR per minute on Base, 0.15 on Pro). You can upgrade at any time.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices are ex VAT because we sell to VAT-registered businesses. An electronic invoice is issued every month.
How does the free first month work?
The first ten businesses that sign up do not pay the first month. If it does not convince you, cancel from the panel and pay nothing.
Do I need a new number?
No. The number we use to receive forwarded calls is included in the price. Your number stays yours and we never touch it.
