Pricing questions

What happens if I run out of minutes?
The assistant keeps answering and extra minutes are invoiced at the end of the month (0.25 EUR per minute on Starter, 0.19 on Base, 0.15 on Pro). You can upgrade at any time.
Do prices include VAT?
They are final prices: Rispondly uses the Italian flat rate scheme (regime forfettario) and charges no VAT. An electronic invoice is issued every month.
How does the 14 day free trial work?
Pick a plan and enter a card: for 14 days you pay nothing, and the first charge comes only after that. If it does not convince you, cancel from the panel before then and pay nothing.
Do I need a new number?
No. The number we use to receive forwarded calls is included in the price. Your number stays yours and we never touch it.
