Frequently asked questions

How does it know the oven is already full?
It cannot see it. You give us a ceiling of pizzas per time slot and the assistant respects it: once the limit is reached it moves the pickup later, or says takeaway is closed for tonight.
Does it handle home delivery as well?
It takes the address, the phone number and the order and sends you everything. Give us the streets or districts you cover and it tells the caller whether he is inside the zone, or offers collection.
What about questions on dough and allergies?
It answers from the menu you gave us: flours, proving time, what goes on each pizza. On a serious allergy it does not improvise: it transfers the call or notes that you must ring back.
